- Our Mission
- Our goal is to eliminate pain in your body, by treating the root causes of pain, healing you from the inside out.
We request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center before your scheduled appointment. The new patient paperwork provides us with your health history, concerns, and reason for your visit. If you are not able to print out the forms before your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to complete the forms.
During your consultation, our chiropractic physicians will discuss your health history, concerns, and treatment options. This initial visit is designed for our physicians to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your needs. If you are not familiar with chiropractic care and how it works, our doctors of chiropractic will explain the process during your visit.
After your consultation, the chiropractic physician will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well.
Our physicians may require that a series of X-rays be taken to assist in choosing the right chiropractic treatment plan for you. If you have previously had X-rays and/or any other type of diagnostic testing (i.e. MRI, CT), we ask that you please bring those reports and/or films to your consultation.
Report of Findings
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, our chiropractors will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:
- How can you help me?
- How often do I need to come in?
- What chiropractic plan will work for me?
After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, our chiropractors will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. Our physicians will provide the best treatment and wellness program for your needs.
During your initial appointment, our chiropractic physicians will explain and suggest what are the best treatment and wellness plans for you. These plans may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, soft tissue massage, or other treatments that will be beneficial to you.
Our physicians will suggest a wellness program to incorporate outside of in-office treatments that best meets your needs. If you are in pain when you first come into our office, this may include: ice or heat application instructions, certain activities or positions to avoid, and at home exercises and/or stretches. If you desire, our wellness team will also with you to create healthy habits and routines for your lifestyle. Every person is unique, therefore, everyone requires a customized wellness plan. The purpose of our wellness program is for you to achieve good spinal alignment, have a healthy diet, exercise, and maintain a positive mental state.
